Due to the amount of inquiries and the distances we cover , if you live more than 10 miles from fraserburgh ab438ul areas , then we require a non refundable booking fee to be paid before we set off to come to you .
the booking fee is non refundable if u cancel after booking it for any reason.
This just covers our fuel and time traveling to you ect .
We will how ever deduct the booking fee from any work costs carried out .
ie if u need a spare key that costs £150 and your booking fee was £50 then you will owe £100 on completion
We do not like doing this but unfortunately it has become necessary due to people booking us in say aberdeen /elgin which is 50 miles from us for a lost key , and we leave get 20 miles away and they phone back to say its ok we found our key. but we still traveled 20 miles which at present times is getting expensive with fuel costs ect and this can be during the night as well when i could be sleeping as were 24 hour service.
so we know charge a £50 booking fee .
